"Euforia can be explained simply as the utmost and purest form of bliss." The bliss represents the youth that will explore the tomorrow, achieving success and new heights, be it art, music, dance even technology and spreading happiness all around.                            
Euforia is the Annual Cultural fest of Pillai HOCL Educational Campus, Rasayani. 2018 is the 5th year for EUFORIA, it has been gradually improving and raising the bar of performance year by year.
